Purpose of use of personal data

Personal data stored in Advisori Oy’s customer registers is used to manage customer relationships, provide information about services, for marketing purposes, and for the development/planning of the company’s services and other operations, as well as for similar purposes.

Right of inspection

Right of deletion

The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if he or she feels that we are violating applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.

6. Regular sources of information

Personal data is collected from the customer themselves when the customer relationship is established and from the controller’s systems to the services via online forms. It is also updated from official sources or other service providers, which ensures that the information is up-to-date.

7. Regular data transfers

As a rule, information is not disclosed for marketing purposes outside of YRITYS OY and its member stores.

8. Duration of processing

Personal data is generally processed as long as the customer relationship is valid. The data subject can unsubscribe from our marketing list via the link in each marketing email we send or by sending a message to:example@example.fi

The data controller and its employees process personal data. We may also outsource some of the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that the personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately.
